Directions

  1. Swirl Absinthe in chilled glass, coating the inside of the glass. Then toss it out.

  2. Combine all remaining ingredients into a mixing tin. Add ice and stir.

  3. Strain contents of the mixing tin into the absinthe rinsed glass

  4. Garnish with a lemon twist
